APPROVE RESOLUTIONS (A) ADOPTING THE CITY OF CORONADO\nANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2023­24; (B) SETTING THE ANNUAL\nAPPROPRIATIONS (GANN) LIMIT; (C) APPROVING THE POLICY ON FUND\nBALANCE AND THE SIZE AND USE OF COMMITTED FUND BALANCE; (D)\nAUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO PURCHASE VEHICLES AND\nEQUIPMENT AS APPROVED IN THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT\nREPLACEMENT FUND (135) OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FY 2023­24;\nAND (E) AMENDING ITS FISCAL YEAR 2022­23 PERSONNEL\nAUTHORIZATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN TO REFLECT THE FISCAL\nYEAR 2023­24 COMPENSATION CHANGE OF 3 PERCENT (Pg 52)\nRecommendation: Approve the following: A) “A Resolution of the City Council of the\nCity of Coronado, California, Adopting the Financial Plan and Budget for the Fiscal\nYear 2023­24, Fixing and Declaring the Budget for the Various Departments and for\nCapital Improvement Projects, and Appropriating Money from the Treasury for Such\nPurposes.”B) “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California,\nApproving and Adopting the Annual Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2023­24.”C)\n“A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California, Approving the\nPolicy on Fund Balance and the Size and Use of Committed Fund Balance.”D)\n“Authorize the City Manager to purchase vehicles and equipment as approved in\nthe Vehicle and Equipment Replacement Fund (135) of the Annual Budget for FY\n2023­24.”E) “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Coronado, California,\nAmending its Fiscal Year 2022­23 Personnel Authorization And Compensation Plan\nto Reflect the Fiscal Year 2023­24 Compensation Change of 3 Percent.”
