PROJECT NO. 7927.1 – AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS - CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION\nSUPPORT SERVICES FOR LOCAL STREETS REHABILITATION PROGRAM – PHASE 2 ZONE 3,\nENGINEER’S REPORT NO. 23-05\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with CJ Concrete Construction in the amount of\n$495,825 for Project No. 7927; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, provided\nthere is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney; and\nb. approve Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with Onward Engineering in the amount of $25,000 for\nProject No. 7929; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, provided there is\nfunding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
