8. AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 5 - PRODUCTION OF THE CITY’S MONTHLY NEWSLETTER\nPUBLICATION (NORWALK NOW)\nStaff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 5 with Norwalk Printing Co. Inc., in the amount of\n$25,920 from July 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023 for the printing of the City's newsletter publication; the\nmaximum compensation set forth is a sum not to exceed Six Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Dollars\n($6,480.00) (“the maximum compensation”) per month; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
