PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending that the Mayor and Council Members approve the First\nAmendment to Amended and Restated City of Inglewood Parking Facilities and Shuttle\nServices Operation and Management Agreement (Agreement No. 20-083), exercising the\noption to renew the current agreement with LAZ Parking California, LLC (LAZ) for one (1)\nadditional year to provide parking and shuttle services for football games and other major\nevents within the City’s Sports and Entertainment District.\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve First Amendment to Agreement No. 20-083;\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the one-year extension on behalf of the\nCity of Inglewood (City);\n3. Approve a change order under the Amended Contract to expand LAZ’s\nservices to cover up to twenty (20) major events during the 2023-2024\noperating year (Change Order); and\n4.
