AGREEMENT - EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT\nStaff recommends City Council approve an agreement with One Diversified, LLC for Emergency Operations\nCenter Audio/Visual Equipment in an amount not-to-exceed $295,927.88; and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the agreement and any amendments, provided there is funding in the budget and it is within the\nCity Manager’s signing authority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
