Amend Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to\ninclude additional funding for the First Street Rehabilitation Project; and\naccept bids and award contract for the First Street Rehabilitation Project.\nRECOMMENDATION:\nApprove an amendment to FY 2023-2027 CIP to include additional funding\nfor the First Street Rehabilitation Project; accept the bids and award a\ncontract for the First Street Rehabilitation Project to Hillcrest Contracting,\nInc. in the amount of $1,145,705; and authorize the City Manager to\napprove contract change orders up to 10 percent of the total bid amount.\nStaff Report - Pdf
