FINANCE COMMITTEE: JOINT ACTION: FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 INVESTMENT POLICY AND INVESTMENT\nSTRATEGY (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community\nDevelopment Commission:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) as defined in Section 21065 of CEQA and Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as\nsuch, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2) Adopt the City Treasurer’s recommended Investment Policy and Investment Strategy for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-\n2024.
