1. AUTHORIZE A PURCHASE ORDER TO BUYOUT SEVENTEEN (17) LEASED CHEVROLET BOLT EV VEHICLES\nIN AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-EXCEED $372,000 (Planning Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n("CEQA") pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), the “Common-Sense” provision that CEQA only\napplies to projects that may have an effect on the environment;\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order, without competitive bidding pursuant to City Charter\nSection 1002(F), contracts for professional or unique services, with Enterprise Fleet Management Inc., for the lease\nbuyout of seventeen Chevrolet Bolt electric vehicles (EVs), in an amount not-to-exceed $372,000; and\n(3) Grant the proposed purchase order an exemption from Competitive Selection process pursuant to Pasadena\nMunicipal Code Section 4.08.049(B), contracts for which the City’s best interests are served.
