7. APPROVAL OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES URBAN\nCOUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL\nYEARS 2024-2026\nAuthorization and approval of a Cooperation Agreement with the Los Angeles Urban County\nCommunity Development Block Grant Program for fiscal years 2024-2026.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1) Adopt the attached Resolution;\n2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Cooperation Agreement, approved by the City\nAttorney as to form, with the Los Angeles Urban County Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) Program for the next three-year funding cycle, effective July 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2027.
