11. Award of Services Agreement for Video Inspection Services\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve Maintenance/Repair Services Agreement with Mattucci Plumbing,\nInc., for video inspection services for a five-year contract term with up to a total\ncontract compensation amount of $2,000,000, and authorize the Mayor and City\nClerk to execute the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Agreement
