15. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County of Orange and the Cities of\nIrvine and Santa Ana for homeless housing, assistance and prevention commitment to\npartnership; authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the MOU and take the\nnecessary actions to implement activities to coordinate homelessness housing interventions\nand supportive services in the region consistent with the guidance issued by the State of\nCalifornia’s Interagency Council on Homelessness under the Homeless Housing, Assistance\nand Prevention Program.
