Accept the bid from I Color Printing & Mailing, Inc., in the amount of $144,040 plus a 20%\ncontingency and applicable tax, to print multiple issues of the quarterly Anaheim Magazine for a\none year period with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing\nAgent to execute the renewal options in accordance with Bid #9677.
