AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a service provider agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for a three-year term commencing on July 1, 2023, to provide tree maintenance services for an annual cost of $359,656; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to extend the contract for one additional three-year term, with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) based rate adjustment if services are satisfactory.\nStaff Report
