GRANT OF EASEMENT TO 20592 LAGUNA CANYON ROAD TO PLACE ELECTRICAL AND COMMUNICATION FACILITIES WITHIN THE LAGUNA BEACH ANIMAL SHELTER PROPERTY (APN 629-061-04)\nRecommendations:\n(1) Grant an easement to the property owner of 20592 Laguna Canyon Road for placement and maintenance of underground electrical and communication services within the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter property; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the easement on behalf of the City.\nStaff Report
