6.5 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2021-04, NEFF HOUSE, GEORGE HOUSE\nAND CARRIAGE BARN EXTERIOR SURFACE REPAIR AND PAINT – REVIEW OF BIDS\nAND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the contract for\nCapital Improvement Project No. 2021-04, Neff House, George House and Carriage Barn\nExterior Surface Repair and Paint, to Color New Co. in the amount of $272,750; authorize\nthe City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City; authorize the City Manager\nto approve addendums to the on-call consulting services agreements for construction\nsupport services in an amount not to exceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and\nauthorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total\nconstruction cost.\n6.5 CIP No. 2021-04\nSUCCESSOR AGENCY
