A. Award Bid #4450 to Ferguson Waterworks as Primary and Core & Main as Secondary to Furnish &\nDeliver Water & Wastewater Department Supplies\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of categorical exemption pursuant to Section 15302 (Replacement or\nReconstruction) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.\n2. Award Bid #4450 to Ferguson Waterworks as the primary vendor for the purchase of\nwater and wastewater supplies and Core & Main as the secondary vendor for the\npurchase of water and wastewater supplies.\n3. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order with Ferguson\nWaterworks in an amount not to exceed $410,000 for year one, with four additional one-\nyear renewal options at approximately 10% escalator each year, for a total amount not to\nexceed $2,600,000 over five years, with future year funding contingent on Council budget\napproval.\n4. Authorize the Procurement Manager to issue a purchase order with Core & Main in an\namount not to exceed $100,000 for one year, with four additional one-year renewal\noptions at a 10% increase each year, for a total amount not to exceed $610,000.00 over\nfive years, with future year funding contingent on Council budget approval.\nStaff Report Printout\na.
