Authorize Housing to “Piggy-Back” from the County of San Bernardino’s\nContract Number 21-749, Amendment 2 for the Street Outreach and\nHomeless Case Management Services with Social Work Action Group of\nLake Elsinore, CA.\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement in the\namount of $357,695 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 and any future\namendments with Social Action Group for one year and up to four (4)\none-year extensions at the sole discretion of the City of Fontana for Street\nOutreach and Homeless Case Management Services.
