ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1118, RELATIVE TO OLD TOWN LA VERNE BUSINESS\nIMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - The City Council approved the first Reading of Ordinance No. 1118,\nupdating the financial practices of the Old Town La Verne Business Improvement District at its June 5,\n2023, meeting. If approved, this action will adopt the Ordinance which will be effective thirty (30) days\nafter adoption.\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt Ordinance No. 1118 titled, “AN ORDINANCE OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA VERNE, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF\nCALIFORNIA AMENDING CHAPTER 2.54.150 OF THE LA VERNE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE\nTO THE OLD TOWN LA VERNE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD’S\nEXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS.”
