ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 1119, ESTABLISHING THAT REGULAR CITY COUNCIL\nMEETING TIMES SHALL BE SET BY RESOLUTION - The City Council at its meeting of June 5,\n2023, approved the first reading of Ordinance No. 1119, establishing that regular meeting times of the\nCity Council shall be set by Resolution to provide better flexibility as well as convenience.
