10. APPROVE FINAL TRACT MAP 83344, ROSEDALE LOCATED AT 807 E. PROMENADE.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nThat this project complies with the General Plan and is consistent with the approved tentative map and any\namendments thereto; That the City Council approve the subject maps and accept the Offers of dedication\nshown on said maps; That pursuant to Section 66436(a)(3)(A)(i-vii) of the Subdivision Map Act, the City\nCouncil hereby finds that the development of the property, in the manner set forth on the subject division of\nland, will not unreasonably interfere with the free and complete exercise of the easements held by Azusa\nWater Development and Irrigation Company, Los Angeles County, The City of Azusa, North Rosedale\nCommunity Association, and accepts the maps without the signatures of said easement holders; Approve\nFinal Tract Map No. 83344; and Authorize the City Clerk to endorse on the face of the map the certificates,\nwhich embodies the approval of said map and acceptance of any grants, easements and dedications.\nTotal Cost: N/A Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
