1. PUBLIC HEARING - CONSIDERATION OF A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT (GPA-2022-01A)\nTO ADOPT MODIFICATIONS TO THE CITY OF AZUSA HOUSING ELEMENT.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1) Open the Public Hearing, receive public testimony, and close the Public Hearing;\n2) Find that the revisions to the Housing Element are minor in nature and no significant change to the\noriginally analyzed Project occurred. As such, impacts associated with the amended Housing Element\nare the same as those analyzed in the Negative Declaration and the original CEQA conclusions stand; no\nfurther supplemental environmental review is required.\n3) Adopt Resolution No. 2023-C28, adopting General Plan Amendment No. GPA-2022-01A to the 2021-\n2029 Housing Element of the City of Azusa General Plan to include additional non-substantive changes\nmade to the previously adopted Housing Element in response to comments received from the\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development; and\nTotal Cost: N/A Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
