INTERVENTION SPECIALIST AGREEMENT FOR FY 2023-2024\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to approve a contract for consultant services for the Intervention\nSpecialist Program for FY 2023-2024; and\n2) Approve one, one-year renewal in accordance with the Fiscal Impact Section.\n3
