20.\nApprove an Agreement with the Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center for a\nTotal Amount not to exceed $200,000 to Serve Foster and Youth with Disabilities (Non-\nGeneral Fund)\nDepartment(s): Community Development Agency\nRecommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the\nOrange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center (OCCTAC) to provide services to foster\nand youth with disabilities, for a one-year term beginning July 1, 2023 and expiring June\n30, 2024, in a total amount not to exceed $200,000, subject to non-substantive changes\napproved by the City Manager and City Attorney (Agreement No. 2023-XXX).
