Read by title only, waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2023-05 titled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nBELL ACCEPTING THE FLORENCE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT\nPROJECT AS COMPLETE AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO\nPREPARE AND FILE THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION WITH\nTHE LOS ANGELES COUNTY RECORDER”\n2. Authorize staff to release retention thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notice of\nCompletion.
