Expenditure: Not-to-Exceed $2,956,404\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Finance Director that City Council:\n1) Approve renewal of excess liability coverage from Public Risk Innovation, Solutions\nand Management (PRISM) through Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. of Irvine, CA at a\npremium not-to-exceed $2,956,404 for a one-year period beginning July 1, 2023 and\nending July 1, 2024; and\n2) Authorize Finance Director or designee to execute the coverage binder.
