4. Approval of Contract to Institute for Ecological Civilization for Technical Assistance\nRelating to Implementation of the California Violence Intervention and Prevention Grant\n(CalVIP)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a two-and-a-half-year agreement with Institute for Ecological Civilization in\nthe amount not to exceed $458,000 for technical assistance relating to the\nimplementation of the California Violence Intervention and Prevention Grant (CalVIP);\nand\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and any\nextensions, subsequent changes or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City, subject\nto review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.\nAttachments: Staff Report - CalVIP SWakeling\nAttach 1 EcoCiv Wakeling Proposal\nDISCUSSION CALENDAR
