9.3 Public Hearing and adoption of a Resolution accepting the National City Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 Tax Roll Sewer Service Fees Report.\nRecommendation:\nHold a Public Hearing and Adopt the Resolution Entitled, “Resolution of the City Council of\nthe City of National City, California, Accepting the National City 2023-2024 Tax Roll Sewer\nService Fees Report, Which Identifies by Parcel Number, Each Parcel of Real Property\nReceiving Sewer Services and the Amount of Sewer Charges for Each Parcel for FY 2023-\n24 as Required by the California Health and Safety Code Section 5473 et seq., Pertaining to\nCollection of Sewer Charges on the Tax Roll, Directing the City Clerk to File the Report with\nthe County of San Diego Auditor and Controller, and Directing the City Engineer to Submit a\nCertification of the Sewer Service Charges to the County of San Diego Auditor and\nController.”
