City Council: Approval of Amendment 2 to Professional Services Agreement with HdL, in the amount\nof $2,400 annually plus 25 percent of all new transaction or use tax revenue received by the City\nonly as a result of audit and recovery work performed estimated at $5,000 annually for Measure X\nsales and use tax services; and authorization for the City Manager to execute the Amendment
