F. Approving Amendment No. 4 to the Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-1126\nwith Orange County Transportation Authority and Budget Amendment\n23-12-02 for the OCTA I-405 Improvement Project (CIP ST1809) - That the\nCity Council adopt Resolution 7420: 1. Approving Amendment No. 4 to\nCooperative Agreement No. C-6-1126 dated July 29, 2016, as previously\namended by Amendment No. 1 dated June 11, 2019, Amendment No. 2 dated\nJanuary 21, 2022, and Amendment No. 3 dated April 25, 2023 with Orange\nCounty Transportation Authority; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to\nexecute Amendment No. 4 to Cooperative Agreement No C-6-1126; and, 3.\nApproving Budget Amendment 23-12-02 recognizing $200,000 from Orange\nCounty Transportation Authority for the I-405 Freeway Improvement Project.
