P. 472 22. SUBJECT: ORDERING CONFIRMATION OF ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE\nCITY OF YUCAIPA LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT\nNO. 1\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing and subsequently adopt Resolution 2023-32, Ordering\nConfirmation of Assessment for City of Yucaipa Landscaping and Lighting\nMaintenance District No. 1; and\n2. Approve the application of 4.6% rate adjustments to LLMD Zones A and F through R\nand 5% rate adjustments to LLMD Zones B and S through DDD; and\n3. Approve the credit of funds as an offset against the 2023-2024 assessments for Zones\nA95, B95, F97, J98, K98, M98, P99, T01, V01, W01, X01, Y, BB, HH, II, NN, OO,\nPP, RR, WW, YY, BBB, CCC, and DDD in the total amount of $177,766.67.\n06262023
