Consideration of a Professional Services Agreement with LPA for Fitness Center and Aquatic\nPreliminary Assessment\nRecommendation: 1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Professional Services Agreement with\nLPA in the amount of $39,000 for an Aquatic Preliminary Assessment at the Fitness Center, which\nincludes potential options for the general replacement of the existing pool deck and ADA site\nimprovements; and 2) approve a budget amendment of $30,000 from the General Fund (100-605-\n7965).
