14. Graffiti Abatement Services 225 - 263\nJim Henson, Police Chief\nRecommendation:\nAward a contract to Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc. (GPC) for Graffiti\nAbatement Services and authorize the City Manager to execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with Graffiti Protective Coatings, Inc.\nfor graffiti abatement services for a term of one (1) year in the amount\nnot to exceed $90,000 per fiscal year; with substantive edits to be\nnegotiated and approved by the City Manager and upon approval as to\nform by the City Attorney.
