B Consideration and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 23-23 – A\nresolution approving the specifications for the Local Streets Grind and Cap\n(Specifications No. 22/23-01), pursuant to Government Code §830.6,\nestablishing a project payment account; and authorizing solicitation of bids.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-23; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
