4.7 Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Laguna Hills and\nthe Laguna Hills City Employees Association\nRecommendation: That the City Council: 1) Adopt a Resolution entitled: "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A\nMEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS AND\nTHE LAGUNA HILLS CITY EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (LHCEA), AND SUPERSEDING\nALL PREVIOUS LHCEA MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING EFFECTIVE\nJULY 1, 2023"; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum\nof Understanding.
