City Manager\n7.1.1 Employment Classifications, Salary Ranges, and Benefits for\nManagement, Confidential, and Part-Time Classes of Employment\nwith the City\nRecommendation: That the City Council adopt a Resolution entitled: "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAGUNA HILLS,\nCALIFORNIA, REGARDING EMPLOYMENT AND ESTABLISHING SALARY\nRANGES AND BENEFITS FOR MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND PART-\nTIME CLASSES OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY AND RESCINDING\nRESOLUTION NO. 2022-10-11-3.”\n7.1.2 Consideration of an Amended and Restated Security Patrol\nServices Agreement with High Level Security Solutions, Inc.\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1) Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign an Amended and Restated\nSecurity Patrol Services Agreement with High Level Security Solutions, Inc.,\nfor a new three-year term in the total maximum contract amount of\n$600,000; and\n2) Authorize and direct the City Manager to terminate the previously\napproved July 1, 2023, Agreement, pursuant to Section 8.3 of the\nAgreement.
