Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE\nELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE COUNTY\nOF RIVERSIDE’S URBAN COUNTY PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2024,\n2025, AND 2026; and\n2. Approve and authorize the Mayor to execute the revised Joint Recipient\nCooperation Agreement with the County of Riverside, allowing the City to\nparticipate in the Urban County Consolidated Planning Programs.
