12)\nConstruction Agreement to NPG, Inc. for the City-Wide Annual Asphalt\nMaintenance and Repair, New Installation Program, and On-Call Emergency\nConstruction Services, Project No. Z10002\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute a Construction Agreement with\nNPG, Inc. for City-Wide Annual Asphalt Maintenance and Repair, New Installation\nProgram, and On-Call Emergency Construction Services in an amount not to exceed\n$2,000,000.00 in such final form as approved by the City Attorney and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute change orders not to exceed a 10% contingency amount of\n$200,000.00 for construction uncertainties and adjustments.
