i) REPORT APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT LONG-TERM AGREEMENTS\n23-0372 (Community Resources Manager Lisa Nichols)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve nine three-year long-term agreements with each of the following\norganizations for the following events from 2024 through 2026:\n* Mychal's Learning Place for the California Great Santa Stroll;\n* Great Autos of Yesteryear for the Classic Car Show;\n* The Jewish Community Center for the Community Chanukah Celebration;\n* Fine Arts Group of Hermosa Beach for the Fine Arts Festival;\n* Hermosa Beach Education Foundation for the Hearts of Hermosa;\n* International Surf Festival Organization for the International Surf Festival;\n* Skechers Foundation for the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk;\n* Spyder Surf Shops for Spyder Surf Fest;\n* MESP Inc. for the Hermosa Beach Triathlon; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest to\neach long-term agreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachments 1-9).
