j) REPORT PURCHASE OF CROSSROADS ELECTRONIC CITATION TICKET\n23-0378 SOFTWARE\n(Police Chief Paul LeBaron)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the purchase of electronic citation ticket software from Crossroads Software\nInc. as a sole provider at a not-to-exceed amount of $27,900;\n2. Authorize an appropriation of $30,800 from the Citizen's Option for Public Safety\n(COPS) program funds to cover the software purchase and to purchase five printers\nand an additional appropriation of $3,900 for annual software maintenance and support;\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached\nagreement (Attachment 1) subject to approval by the City Attorney.
