l) REPORT APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR\n23-0376 ON-CALL TRANSPORTATION PLANNING WITH FEHR & PEERS\n(Public Works Director Joe SanClemente)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve the proposed third amendment to an agreement with Fehr & Peers for\non-call transportation planning services to extend the contract through October 1, 2024,\nand to increase the total amount of the agreement by $90,000 resulting in a total\namended not-to-exceed amount of $340,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached third\namendment subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachment 3).
