p) REPORT APPROVAL OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT TO ALLOW THE\n23-0377 HERMOSA BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND\nVISITORS BUREAU AUTHORIZATION\nTO USE THE CITY LOGO\n(Deputy City Manager Angela Crespi)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Approve a two-year license agreement to allow the Hermosa Beach Chamber of\nCommerce and Visitors Bureau authorization to use the City logo for the manufacture\nand sale of souvenir and decorative items; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute and the City Clerk to attest the attached\nlicense agreement subject to approval by the City Attorney (Attachment 1).
