Recommended by Office of the Chief Operating Officer\nApproval of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement Nos. 47611A and 47611C\nthrough E for Hazardous and Industrial Waste Management Services with\nAmerican Integrated Services, Inc.; Clean Harbors Environmental Services,\nInc.; Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc. dba ACT Enviro; and Clear Blue\nEnvironmental. The Amendment will increase the not to exceed amount by\n$25,000,000, for a new not to exceed amount of $50,000,000.\nDetermine item is exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
