Analysis for the Consideration, Review and Direction on Transferring the Review Authority and\nDuties from the Development Plan Review Board to the Planning Commission\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council:\nInitiate a Municipal Code Text Amendment eliminating and transferring the Development Plan\nReview Board (DPRB) review authority and duties to the Planning Commission and making all\nnecessary Development Code Amendments to codify these changes; and direct staff to prepare\namendments to the Boards, Commissions, and Committees Handbook to align with the above\nDevelopment Code Amendments.\nCITY REPORTS
