AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nJONES LANG LASALLE BROKERAGE INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL ECONOMIC\nDEVELOPMENT AND BROKERAGE CONSULTING SERVICES (FUNDING SOURCE:\nGENERAL FUND)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the City Manager to enter\ninto a one-year professional services agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle\nBrokerage, Inc. for professional economic development and commercial real\nestate brokerage consulting services in the amount of $36,000, with two\noptional one-year extensions in the amount of $36,000 each.
