Engineerinq Resources of Southern California ( ERSC) Amendment for\nProfessional Design Services — Sycamore Drive Storm Drain, Project sdr06002\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with ERSC\nfor design revisions and construction support for the Sycamore Drive Storm\nDrain, Project sdr06002; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of\nthe revised contract amount.\nCITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING\nThe order of business for Public Hearings shall be:\n1) Mayor opens Public Hearing,\n2) Staff presentation;\n3) Applicant/ Representative presentation;\n4) Speakers in favor of proposal;\n5) Speakers in opposition to proposal;\n6) Applicant rebuttal;\n7) Mayor closes Public Hearing;\n8) Council discussion, motion and vote.
