9. City of El Cajon Sewer Tax Roll Fees Report for Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 Click to View\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;\n2. Closes the Public Hearing;\n3. Determines if a majority protest has been received; and (if not)\n4. Determines the project is exempt under section 15378(b)(5) of the\nGuidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act; and\n5. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\nDetermine the lack of majority protest;\nOverrule objections to the report;\nAccept the City of El Cajon Sewer Tax Roll Fiscal Year 2023-\n2024 Report;\nAccept Appendix A, which identifies by parcel number, each\nparcel of real property receiving sewer services, and the amount\nof sewer charges for each parcel for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 at\nthe currently adopted rates, as required by the California Health\nand Safety Code section 5473, et seq., pertaining to collection\nof sewer charges on the tax roll;\nDirect the City Clerk to file the reports with the San Diego\nCounty Auditor; and\nDirect the Finance Department to file a certification of the sewer\nservice charges with the San Diego County Auditor.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:
