The increase of\ntwo years is necessary to continue work Mullen & Plummer APC is performing on behalf\nof the City, which involves defending the City and from a workers’ compensation claim in\nwhich the claimant, in propria persona, alleged fraud in discovery matters against the City.\n6 votes required pursuant to Charter Section 99.
