TMP-1933 RESOLUTION NOS. 2023-9175, 9176, 9177, 9178, 9179, 9180 & 9181 -\nORDERING THE SUMMARY VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF\nPUBLIC HIGHWAY EASEMENTS (VAC23-0001 THROUGH\nVAC23-0004), A DRAINAGE EASEMENT (VAC23-0005), AND SLOPE\nEASEMENTS (VAC23-0006 AND VAC23-0007), ALL WITHIN THE\nBOUNDARY OF TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP 19-0002 FOR NORTH\nCITY WEST\nRecommendation: ADOPT the following resolutions, in the order listed, as recommended by the Planning\nCommission:\n1. Resolution 2023-9175 ordering the summary vacation and abandonment of Public\nHighway Easement granted January 7, 1954 in Book 5105 Page 415 of Official Records\n(VAC23-0001); and\n2. Resolution 2023-9176 ordering the summary vacation and abandonment of Public\nHighway Easement granted January 7, 1954 in Book 5105 Page 411 of Official Records\n(VAC23-0002); and\n3. Resolution 2023-9177 ordering the summary vacation and abandonment of Public\nHighway Easement granted January 7, 1954 in Book 5105 Page 419 of Official Records\n(VAC23-0003); and\n4. Resolution 2023-9178 ordering the summary vacation and abandonment of Public\nHighway Easement granted January 7, 1954 in Book 5105 Page 423 of Official Records\n(VAC23-0004); and\n5. Resolution 2023-9179 ordering the vacation and abandonment of the Drainage\nEasement granted as Document 1994-0603221 recorded on October 13, 1994\n(VAC23-0005); and\n6. Resolution 2023-9180 ordering the vacation and abandonment of the Slope\nEasements granted as Document 1994-0603222 recorded on October 13, 1994\n(VAC23-0006); and
