4.6 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CURRENT\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES,\nINC., FOR CONTINUED ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING,\nBUILDING & SAFETY, PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION CONSULTING SERVICES\n(Kuta)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 2 to the current Professional Services\nAgreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., for On-Call Professional\nCivil Engineering, Building & Safety, Plan Review and Inspection Consulting\nServices, which increases the total maximum not-to-exceed compensation\namount by $300,000, from $1,455,000 to $1,755,000, at the same\nprofessional hourly rates and charges and under the same terms and\nconditions as established and set forth in the current Agreement, in order\nto provide continued Professional Civil Engineering, Building & Safety, Plan\nReview and Inspection Consulting Services; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc.\nItem No. 4.6
