(10) Public Hearing for a Tentative Map (TM2021-2) and Development Review\nPermit (DR2021-4) for an Eight-Unit Planned Residential Development on a\nVacant 0.69-Acre Site Located at 8504 Fanita Drive in the Medium Density\nResidential (R-7) Zone and Finding the Project Categorically Exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines\nSection 15332. (Applicant: TA Development, LLC). (Planning – Coyne)\nRecommendation:\n1. Conduct and close the Public Hearing; and\n2. Find Tentative Map TM2021-2 and Development Review DR2021-4\nCategorically Exempt from the provisions of CEQA pursuant to Section 15332 of\nthe CEQA Guidelines and authorize the filing of a Notice of Exemption; and\n3. Adopt the Resolution approving Tentative Map TM2021-2; and\n4. Adopt the Resolution approving Development Review DR2021-4.
